What is BBN?
BBN started as a solo quest for fitness and has evolved into an extended family adventure, we have taken our training back to the basics. Take a look at the cavemen, they did not worry themselves with arm curls, cardio, heart rate monitors or any of the other things that modern training programs say you must have. Their days were full of moving, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing, all things our body were meant to do through our day to day lives. Here at BBN we focus on not specializing in any specific area, we find our weaknesses and turn them into strengths, we strive to be ridiculously good at everything we do!!

What is a typical Class?
We perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour. Classes are instructor-led and peer-driven, focused on your goals, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation. Workouts are constantly varied and unique, ensuring that you always make progress. We combine elements of boot camp workouts, gymnastics (especially rings and floor work), olympic weightlifting, rowing, and running. Some workouts are done for time, others for maximum number of reps. Any way you slice it, you’ll be working hard!
The possibililies for fitness are endless: One day, you could be doing gymnastics, the next sprinting down the street pulling a tire behind you. We have a huge number of exercises and movements to choose from, so working out never becomes boring!
